Do you exercise often?
Do you exercise often? I try to exercise at least 4 days a week, but sometimes I skip.
I've been told that walking
I've been told that walking is one of the best ways to exercise. I think it's good because it is low-impact, so you get hurt, and you can do it longer because it isn't too intensive. For example, you can usually walk many more miles than you can run, but you burn about the same number of calories per mile.

Running...
However, if you run the faster you get the mile done, so that you will burn the calories faster.
I don't walk that far usually, but I do do fencing and karate. Karate once a week for an hour and a half, and fencing 1-2 times a week in 3 hour blocks. So at least I do something!

Is Karate hard? It seems
Is Karate hard? It seems like it's hard and tiring.
I do something just not
I do something just not much:P
This makes me feel very sad.
This makes me feel very sad. Unfortunantly, I don't. I always think in my mind that I will exercise tonight or whenever I have free time. Well, once that free time comes (which is usually often), I never bother to exercise. I just don't have the determination to do it. When I do get the guts to exercise, I don't keep it on a daily basis.

Not enough to be honest. I
Not enough to be honest.
I have no definitive time of exercise. I do quite a lot of walking as in a fair few miles a day and often will cycle from my home town and to town where I work/collegeise/socialise.
I guess it's a good thing I live in another town otherwise i'd be dead from lack of exercise
