When Halo first came out I tried some Warthog jumping tricks, and had a great deal of fun. The giant towers dotted across the Halo landscape, though - they taunted me.

"You can never reach us" they would say. "Little man, we are beyond your skills!"

Stop what you are doing - this is not to be missed! As part of the London Games Festival, Video Games Live is coming to London.

In case you've missed it so far (how?) Video Games Live is a series of concerts given by top-rate orchestras, playing iconic themes from classic games. This event has been touring the world, with all the US-based concerts now over.

This redefines awesome. In case the musical Tesla coils weren't enough - perhaps hankering after your own, personal coil for those dark winter nights? - the geniuses at RM Cybernetics have released do-it-yourself instructions for making your own personal Tesla coil.

What do you get when someone creates a mashup from the Pulp Fiction trailer, and various chunks of Star Wars?

You end up with the incredibly awesome Pulp Fiction: Jedi Edition!

The Register have a great article up about the sort of toys billionaires could (and should, dammit!) be buying.

Covering the usual dull stuff light yachts and planes, they then move on to the really cool stuff - submarines and space craft.

Well, it looks like the developers LucasArts have retained have finally finished faffing around with their Wii-motes and have announced that everyone else gets a go soon too.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is coming to the Nintendo Wii, and LucasArts have confirmed that the Wii-mote will be used to control the light sabre, and the nunchuk will be used to control your Force powers.

This is one of the funniest things I've seen for a while, more so because it's pretty true.

The original Halo 3 Museum ad featured a monologue from a retired soldier, recounting his experiences fighting alongside Master Chief in the war.

The top chaps over at ConsoleVania have come up with this awesome spoof. Watch and enjoy.
