CCP CEO Hellmar interview at Edinburgh Interactive Festival

If you're not an EVE player you may not be aware that CCP have hired an economist from an Icelandic University - not only will he be giving input on the economy, but he'll also be publishing quarterly reports on the state of the game economy. It's a pretty powerful and complex environment, and it's good to see CCP taking it so seriously.
Gamespot interview with Lord British himself, Richard Garriott

He created one of the greatest series of RPGs ever, Ultima. He founded Origin studios and brought the first major FMV titles to us in the form of Wing Commander.
Pushing on, he founded the whole MMORPG genre with the release of Ultima Online, a game which is still going strong.
Lord British is truly The Daddy.
At the Develop conference in Brighton, Gamespot had a quick interview with The Man. He's currently developing Tabula Rasa for NCSoft, a sci-fi MMO that promises to once again break new ground and shake things up.

Before helping to start ArenaNet, Jeff was a team lead at Blizzard, working on World of Warcraft, as well as a programmer working on the Starcraft and Diablo team. He knows his stuff ;-)

They created the best graphical adventures - Maniac Mansion, Monkey Island, Loom, Sam and Max. They tapped into the rich Star Wars universe and gave us the greatest combat sims ever - the X-Wing series. And then came the Star Wars first person shooters - who can forget the first time they played Dark Forces?
But now! Now, LucasArts have falled to the Dark Side.
