Yesterday CCP have rolled out Revelations 2.2.2, the latest patch to the Revelations 2 expansion.

Goodies to look out for include:

• "CONCORD officers will now drop the donuts and immediately deploy with the intention of smoking your criminal derrière if you remote repair criminal NPCs. They will no longer set up a roadblock at the next stargate and wait for you." LOL
  
  

As the patch giveth, so does the patch taketh away.

Revelations 2.2 is out! The Big Cool Thing this patch brings is the Rorqual Capital Mining ship - a Hulk on steroids.

This patch is a pretty big one, and I'd recommend a thorough reading of the patch notes - there's a raft of fixes and new features in there.

CCP have pushed out the Revelations 2.1.1 patch today, which address some pretty nasty crashes which came in with 2.1.

2.1.1 will take the client build to 35183 - the fixes are:

• The memory leak, most visible when autopilot jumping long distances, has been plugged.
• The game client no longer randomly crashes because of network traffic.
• Character portraits that normally appear in the chat window are no longer deleted from the user's cache upon starting the game client.
  
  

On Tuesday 24th July there'll be extended downtime for the next patch deployment. Revelations 2.1 will address a number of issues that cropped up since the initial Revelations deployement.

The Revelation 2.01 patch has been successfully deployed. It's a short quick update to the EVE client, and contains a fair few minor bug fixes.
