Next WoW expansion: World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King
Word from Germany, and their ratings board, the USK, have just announced that "World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King (DEMO)" will carry a 12 certificate.
Whoops, the cat's out the of the bag - looks like that's going to be the next World of Warcraft expansion then, with the timing right for the newly rated demo to be pushing out at the Leipzig games conference (and announced at BlizzCon).
This also ties up with the news that the Video Games Live orchestra were going to be playing several pieces with "Northrend" in the title at BlizzConn. Fans of Warcraft III will remember that The Frozen Throne expansion have you battling against fallen Prince Arthas - also known as The Lich King - who sat on The Frozen Throne in Northrend.
So if you've played out on Burning Crusade, looks like there could be some new challenges coming soon.
