Website membership is free, and needs no verification at all. Just sign up here. If you want a centre account as well, and want to save some time, you can also fill in the extra fields we need to create a centre account for you.

First of all we need to know how old you are?

16 and over

You can apply for membership to theaubergineroom by simply filling in an online form. We will take care of all the details and your account will set up for you when you come into the centre. Apply now.

You will need to bring some ID (with your date of birth) with you the first time so that we can verify your age.

If you want to play games that are rated 16+ we will need a Parental Consent Form, completed and signed by your parent or legal guardian. Download the parental consent form.

12 - 14

You will need to download and print out our Membership Form. Once you have completed this it will have to be signed by your parent or legal guardian. Download the membership form.

If you want to play games that have an age rating greater than your age, we will need a Parental Consent Form, completed and signed by your parent or legal guardian. Download the parental consent form.

Under 12

We allow anyone to become a member of theaubergineroom, regardless of their age. However, if a member is under 12 then we do require that whenever they are in the center they are accompanied by a friend or relative who is over 16.

Recommend a friend

Introduce a friend to theaubergineroom and you could earn yourself a free hours time on the computers.

All they need to do is tell us who refered them and buy two hours time when they join. Then we will put a FREE hour on your account.
