What makes for a comfortable computer chair?

I think a comfortable computer chair should be made out of the same material as a "sofa couch". The chair I sit in is a wooden chair and it is very uncomfortable especially when you sit in it for long periods of time. I would really like to invest my money in a chair that is as comfortable as sitting on a bed or a sofa.
